About John Reilly
Dr. John Reilly is Head of Renewable Energy and a member of BnM’s Senior Leadership Team, with responsibility for expanding the company’s operating asset base in the Irish electricity market. Under his stewardship, the business has exited fossil fuels and become a leading renewable energy player, with his team now delivering a €3 billion investment programme to grow BnM’s diverse operating portfolio to 3 GW by 2035. John has more than 25 years’ energy-sector experience, including senior roles at Edenderry Power and positions with international utilities E.ON and Fortum. A former Board member of the Electricity Association of Ireland and the Electricity Research Centre, he serves on several energy policy committees and holds a PhD in Chemistry from UCD.
